Top 3 is located on the first floor and invites to the summer & winter holidays of the cozy kind.

It is fully equipped with bed linen, towels, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi.
The kitchenette is equipped with fridge, stove, coffee maker, kettle & dishes.

On request you can enjoy breakfast

or bread service (for a fee) to book.

The tourist tax of  € 3,-- per adult / day (from 15 years)
as well as the final cleaning once will be charged extra.
